Major breaking changes:

1. All message identifiers of type: Senti{SRC_TYPE}{MSG_TYPE}
2. Content => MessageID. Make a "future proof" version where IMU=100, GNSSNavPvt=200 ++ (we can fit 100 IMU messages and 100 GNSS messages) INS messages starts at 10.000
3. message_id per message
4. Add tov and source to header and remove origin string
5. Add SentiTriggger and SentiInputCapture messages
6. Add SentiRawMessage which is just an unparsed SentiBoard packet
